We are looking for a Cover Supervisor for a period of maternity leave cover to be involved mainly in the supervision of classes and to oversee the completion of work by learners in the absence of the nominated teacher. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people in a school environment, with proven success in using teaching resources and supporting learners.
Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, the successful applicant will have good organisation and communication skills and can work well in a team. The role will involve providing support and guidance to individuals, individual groups or on a whole class basis through curriculum activities. The post will be based at Batley Girls’ High School, however the successful candidate may be asked to work across the Batley Multi Academy Trust family of schools.
