Are you calm under pressure, confident in the classroom, and passionate about helping students succeed? We’re looking for a Cover Supervisor to step into this key role, helping to keep our academy running smoothly and supporting pupils in their day-to-day learning.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be:

• Stepping in to supervise classes in the absence of a teacher
• Supporting students as they complete pre-set work
• Answering questions and keeping learning on track
• Promoting positive behaviour and ensuring classroom expectations are met
• Helping out across departments, offering general classroom and admin support when not covering lessons

💻 What You’ll Need:

• Confidence working with young people in a classroom environment
• A calm, professional approach with great communication skills
• ICT literacy - you’re comfortable using a variety of software packages
• A flexible, team-focused attitude and a can-do mindset
