Cover Supervisor job summary

Carmel College are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor, Fixed Term until August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support teaching and learning across the school by supervising classes during the absence of teaching staff. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure that students remain on task in a safe and supportive environment.

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, has strong communication skills, and can build positive relationships with students. This role is ideal for individuals considering a future in teaching or education, or for those with experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
