What skills and experience we're looking for

Castle Donington College are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join our team of dedicated and friendly staff.

The successful candidate will be able to support and supervise pupils, organise and deliver set work in the absence of a teacher. They will enjoy working with young people and be able to maintain good order, keep students focused and allow learning to take place.

You will need to be able to operate within a close, dynamic and forward thinking team, and to meet the requirements of the person specification.

Castle Donington College recently extended its age range and began teaching KS4 courses from September 2017 for first examinations in 2019. We currently have 564 students on roll in Years 7 to 11. The College is situated on the North West edge of Leicestershire on the Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire border. It has excellent links to these cities, being close to the M1 and A50.
