The team at The Snaith Schoolare looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor over the next two school years, who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable.
The working hours are from 08:30am to 3.30pm Monday to Fridayduring the school term.You will also be paid for an additional 13 hours per year, to attend training and development outside your normal working hours, on our September training day and the Trust training day in the spring term. Your actual salary will be between £19,936 - £23,439per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent, demonstrable experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a good working knowledge of classroom management strategies.
