The role will cover classes during both planned and unplanned teacher absences, providing essential support across all subjects, ensuring students' learning progresses uninterrupted. By ensuring the classroom is a calm and focused environment, they contribute significantly to student achievement and advancement. Your contribution will ensure smooth delivery of; an excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day. You're someone who has: * Knowledge of a range of strategies to deal with whole-class behaviour and individual behavioural needs. L2 qualifications - GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent. * A degree in a suitable subject. * Experience of working with children and young people. * Ability to build positive relationships with all students and colleagues.
