Cover Supervisor - Full or Part time Required as soon as possible 8.30am - 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, with a half hour unpaid lunch break 30 hours a week, term time only Full time equivalent salary range: £32,597 - £37,280 per annum Actual salary range: £22,101 - £25,276 per annum Additional paid duties for break time supervision are also available This is an exciting chance to become a key member of our team. Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in shaping the learning and behaviour of our students. In this role, you will take the lead in the classroom, guiding students and keeping them focused to ensure they make meaningful progress with the work set for them. We are looking for someone with proven success in a similar role, ready to step in with confidence to provide daily cover for short term teacher absence. You will also offer valuable support to individuals and small groups, working closely under the direction of the classroom teacher to help every student shine. Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate progress records are essential, as is the confidence to use our IT systems effectively. If you are someone with initiative and the skills to support our amazing students with a wide range of needs, you will thrive at Light Hall and help our students to do the same.
