Cover Supervisor job summary
Hadrian Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, pro-active and adaptable person to fulfil the role of cover supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work in two excellent schools where pupils ‘behave very well, both in and out of lessons’ (Ofsted 2024). The successful candidate will have the ability to build positive relationships and engage pupils effectively to ensure they continue to learn in the absence of their usual teacher. Staff involved in cover supervision will be expected to respond to pupils’ questions and generally support pupils in learning activities in line with schools’/trust’s policies and procedures.

Will form positive and constructive relationships
Consistently apply the routines and expectations of the schools
Be adaptable to the needs of the students
