When not supervising lessons, you will have the opportunity to support wider learning and student development through small group work or assisting colleagues in key areas such as teaching, learning and pastoral care. This role is ideal for those considering a future career in education or youth support.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people aged 11–16 in an educational setting.
  • Is confident, adaptable and able to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Is committed to raising aspirations and supporting the progress of all learners.
