Cover Supervisor job summary

We are seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Cover Supervisor to join Orion Coopers, part of Orion Education. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring continuity of learning by supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff.

You will deliver pre-set lesson materials, maintain high standards of behaviour, and create a positive and focused classroom environment where all students can succeed. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to build effective relationships with students and staff.

As part of a values-led Trust, you will contribute to a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and continuous improvement, supporting both the academic progress and wellbeing of young people.
