We are looking for:
We are looking for a confident and organised Cover Supervisor to support the effective day to day running of our school by supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. The successful candidate will deliver pre-set work, manage student behaviour, and maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment while supporting pupils to remain engaged in their learning. You will work collaboratively with teaching staff and support colleagues, contribute to the wider life of the school through duties and activities, and uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and professionalism at all times within a supportive and inclusive school community.

Oulton Academy is a secondary community school for girls and boys aged between 11 and 16. It is a non-denominational establishment, situated in the town of Oulton, in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
