Cover Supervisor job summary
This role in the school is to provide short term cover for absent teaching staff, allocating pre-prepared work, keeping pupils on task and managing the behaviour of pupils during class and to support the English and Maths departments by encouraging/helping individual students/small groups within lessons. (When not required for cover elsewhere).
