What skills and experience we're looking for
- Recent experience in employment or leisure pursuits indicating successful relationships with children and young people in the age range 11-18.
- Understanding the issues related to the motivation of young people.
- Excellent ICT skills.
- Experience of administrative work in a school/college environment.
- Experience of data and information systems.
- Awareness of health and safety issues within a school environment.
- Experience of a range of strategies to deal with classroom behaviour.
- Good communication skills, confident and motivational.
- Good oral and written skills.
- Good sense of humour, resilient and flexible.
- Can work independently or as part of a team.
- Tactful and discreet and upholds and promotes the positive image of the schools at all times.
- Ability to work within school policies, procedures and ethos.
- Enjoys working with young people.
Good organisational skills and administrative skills.

The College this year, secured some of the best results in the South West for student progress.
