St Augustine’s success over the last 3 years has seen us become oversubscribed, invest heavily in our staff development and celebrate sustained results and outstanding pupil progress. We take from right across the coastal area which makes us a truly diverse school community.
Although we may be a smaller than average school (607 on roll) we certainly think big – and our calm and purposeful ethos of learning is frequently commented on from our school community and visitors. Staff know our students well and together we form a cohesive community.
Due to the quality of CPD, colleagues that support each other and a sense of fun and enjoyment we have seen our staff stay and develop – and as such our school has low staff turnover and high staff retention.
