🎯 The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will supervise whole classes, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver set lessons and manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Ensure students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
  • Support the wider school community with duties as required.

  • A confident and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, or coaching) is desirable.
  • A calm and professional approach to classroom management.
