What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Cover Supervisor who shares our vision and ambitions for our young people. This role is ideal for an ambitious person who may or may not be looking to develop a career in teaching.

You will be joining a highly motivated and passionate group of staff who work tirelessly in the best interests of the students. All work will be under the guidance of the Lead Cover Supervisor and appropriate subject leaders, within an agreed system of supervision and will involve supervising whole classes and tutor sessions during short-term teacher absence, providing support in curriculum areas and providing daily break and lunch time supervision.

Salary: NJC Salary Scale – Grade 4 – Scale Point 8-14 (£24,702 - £27,334 full time equivalent)

Salary will be pro-rated based on the number of hours and weeks worked per year.
