Are you adaptable, proactive, and passionate about supporting learning?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful team as a Cover Supervisor.

Working hours: 8:30am-12/1-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

In this role, you will:

  • Cover lessons in the absence of a teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Support groups and individuals within lessons alongside the class teacher.
  • Assist with interventions to help pupils achieve their potential.
  • Work across Key Stages, adapting to different subjects and age groups.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is versatile, shows initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Can respond positively to short-notice changes and staff absence.
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
