The role of Cover Supervisor will be a valuable addition to our team, overseeing the cover planning system and internal inclusion systems as well as delivering learning activities across a range of classes and year groups. As a new post in our structure, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help shape this provision.
Under agreed supervision of teaching staff, you will be involved in planning, preparing and delivering learning to individuals, groups and whole classes and will get to experience a wide range of subjects and build relationships across all key stages. The role will also include implementation of tailored inclusion strategies that promote students’ well-being, helping them to overcome barriers to their learning and achieve good outcomes.
The successful candidate will share our values, be passionate and be able to drive students forward on their educational journey. Understanding their individual needs and collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to put appropriate plans in place with the individual at the heart of everything we do. The post holder will have the ability to demonstrate their commitment to the role and how they can support the trust in fostering collaboration ensuring the continual improvement of the quality of students' learning is at the top of the business agenda.
