Culture and Conduct Lead job summary

The Lead for Culture and Conduct will work with our newly appointed Deputy Headteacher and current Principal (since September 2025) to deliver systems which will support our students to feel valued and to be the best they can be both in and beyond the classroom.

The new post of Lead for Culture and Conduct will compliment an existing and established team of dedicated pastoral leaders who work cohesively to give all our learners, regardless of starting point or need, the best chance in life to succeed. 

 This role is offered on an annualised hours contract. Working hours are 8:15am–5:15pm Monday to Thursday, including an unpaid 45 minute lunch break, and 8:15am–5:00pm on Fridays with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break. The post is Term Time Only, with total annual hours equivalent to 1.0 FTE. Approximately 2.5 additional days, will be flexibly allocated across the year for CPD and professional development activities.
