Curriculum, Data and Exams Officer job summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Curriculum, Data and Exams Officer to join our growing secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in our transition to an 11-16 setting and to contribute to the smooth and effective running of key school operations.

In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead the administration of all internal and external examinations, manage and maintain our student data systems, and support the development and delivery of the school timetable. You will work closely with senior leaders, curriculum teams and support staff to ensure accuracy, compliance and seamless day-to-day processes.

We are looking for someone who is:
Meticulous and confident working with data
Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
An excellent communicator with strong IT skills
Calm, reliable and committed to high standards
Ready to contribute to our warm, inclusive and values-led school community

Experience of exams administration and MIS systems is desirable, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
