What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven individual to join our trust's School Support Team as an English Curriculum Improvement Lead. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Regional Education Directors and school improvement leads across 43 schools to elevate English standards. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing a cohesive curriculum, improving assessment frameworks, and mentoring English departments to achieve excellence. You will also deliver masterclasses to inspire students and provide hands-on support to exam groups when required.
