Curriculum Lead - English job summary
Cansfield High School are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic English teacher to join their established team. This post would suit someone that wishes to develop their leadership skills whilst making an impact within this curriculum area.
Alongside teaching responsibilities within the school, the successful candidate will support the Head of Faculty in raising the standards of teaching, learning and student achievement in English.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a clear philosophy for the learning of all children; able to demonstrate proven communication skills; able to offer practical strategies that enable children of all abilities to achieve their full potential as well as being able to communicate a deep and genuine interest in finding ways to involve young people in learning. .
This post is open to experienced and newly qualified teachers and is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic teacher who will be able to participate fully in the ongoing development of the subject as required in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
