What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you ready for the next step in your teaching career? We are looking to appoint a Curriculum Lead Geography to join The Portsmouth Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their leadership potential in a supportive environment.You will be joining our team of creative, supportive and dynamic staff to teach Years 7-11. The successful candidate will have a creative and forward thinking approach to teaching.

- A qualified Teacher of Humanities and able to deliver to KS3 & KS4
- Passionate about teaching, learning and improving the life chances of our students
- Outstanding classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
- Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
- High expectations for yourself and the students to ensure that all achieve their very best
- An aspiring leader of learning and happy to grasp exciting CPD opportunities
- Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools
