Curriculum Lead - Personal Development job summary

The role of PD lead is to oversee Personal Development at Oak Tree School. Personal Development across the trust incorporates PSHE, RSE, life skills, and careers education. The PD lead will oversee the development of this curriculum across the school, adapting this to suit the needs of the different learners at the school- across pathways and key stages. The person in this role will also need to have a good understanding of Fundamental British Values, cultural capital and SMSC. They will also need to be able to work with a range of staff, planning collaboratively and quality assuring lessons to ensure learning in PD is appropriate and high quality.
