We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and passionate specialist to lead our outstanding English department. This is a tremendous opportunity to lead a high performing team of specialist teachers who consistently achieve outstanding outcomes for our students. We are justifiably proud of our excellent results, achieving an Attainment 8 score of 4.9 in 2025 and believe that we offer both students and staff a caring environment in which they can succeed. Overall, 83% of our students achieved a grade 4 or above, 71% achieved a grade 5 or above and 28% achieved a grade 7 or above.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Knowledge about curriculum design.
