We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and passionate specialist to lead our outstanding English department. This is a tremendous opportunity to lead a high performing team of specialist teachers who consistently achieve outstanding outcomes for our students. We are justifiably proud of our excellent results, achieving a Progress 8 score of +0.62 in 2022 and believe that we offer both students and staff a caring environment in which they can succeed.Overall, 86% of our students achieve a grade 4 or above, 72% achieved a grade 5 or above and 30% achieved a grade 7 or above.
We work hard to ensure we reduce workload on staff, allowing more time in the classroom to put our vision of students first, raising standards and transforming lives into practice.
