CURRICULUM LEADER FOR DANCE
Permanent - Full Time / Part Time
Salary : MPS / UPS with TLR 2a

We wish to appoint an enthusiastic Middle Leader to head our vibrant Dance department, taking outcomes and participation to the next level, whilst sustaining the highest standards of innovation and creative practice. The successful candidate must have the ability to teach across all key stages and be committed to promoting outstanding teaching and learning. You will be a creative and dynamic practitioner, demonstrating a passion for their subject and a commitment to raising standards for our Dance students.
We are looking for a colleague who:
has the vision and motivation necessary to drive forward school improvement
has the required knowledge, skills and experience to implement a high level strategy within the Dance department and to develop engagement across the whole school
has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate all members of our school community
has a view of education that promotes all aspects of a young person’s development
