What skills and experience we're looking for

The governors of this ambitious Catholic school wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational teacher who is capable of leading our Humanities Department.

We are seeking candidates of the highest calibre to lead a team comprising 5 teachers. The person appointed should have a proven track record at GCSE level and ideally have significant experience teaching Geography.

The school continues to be a ‘Good’ school, with the latest Ofsted visit being in January 2020.

If successful, you will be joining a very hard-working team of professionals who are supportive of each other, enjoy their work and have a clear understanding of the drive to help all pupils achieve. The building and facilities offer outstanding provision and we are committed to ensuring teaching and learning matches this.

The successful candidate will:
