What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualified teacher status
Degree
Higher Degree
Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies
Practising baptised Roman Catholic
Qualified Teacher who has undertaken appropriate training and has the necessary knowledge to undertake the duties of the post
Demonstrable commitment in the curriculum area the applicant would be leading
The ability to devise and teach appropriate courses throughout the school
The ability to develop strategies for supporting pupils’ individual needs in and beyond the classroom
A commitment to pastoral care as a positive support to learning
The ability to establish successful relationships at all levels and can work as a member of a team
Excellent classroom practitioner
Management experience
Experience of an effective classroom teacher across key stages
A sound knowledge of programmes of study within Computer Science
A keen interest in the ongoing development of the appropriate subject.
Solid understanding and teaching of Computer Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
