What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an inspiring and passionate practitioner, with the drive to make a
substantial difference to the lives of our young people and contribute to the continued strategic development of the Academy. We are looking for a well-qualified, committed and enthusiastic Curriculum Leader to create a leadership vision for the future development of Creative Arts in order to support and enhance the lifelong learning experience of students. The Curriculum Leader will be responsible for the strategic development, leadership and management of Drama and Music within the Academy.
Our mission is to develop the leadership potential in both our staff and students and we want to be at the forefront of developing the next generation of national school leaders. We can help prepare you for a future senior leadership position, investing in your development through regular coaching and a wide range of professional development opportunities, such as the NPQ qualifications.
