What skills and experience we're looking for

Either:

  • A successful placement(s), teaching at KS3 & KS4

or:

  • A successful record of teaching with very good exam results at one or more of KS3 & KS4 (applicants who already have gained QTS)
  • A detailed knowledge of current developments in education including the use of the Pupil Premium
  • The ability to put vision into practice.

Bruntcliffe Academy is an increasingly popular 11-16 comprehensive school with approximately 1400 students on roll. The school is situated in Morley which is on the outskirts of the thriving city of Leeds, with a very good motorway access to all areas of the north of England and beyond.
