Curriculum Leader of Music (£5k Golden Hello) job summary
Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a member of staff to join our Music department. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, talented, and passionate Curriculum Leader of Music to start from 28th August 2025.

This is a full time, permanent role, paid based on the Outer London STPC Main/Upper Teachers Pay Range, dependant on experience, as well as a TLR2b of £5,645 and a Golden Hello payment as outlined below.
The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5,000 - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service, as a retention incentive.
