Curriculum Leader of Science (£5k Golden Hello) job summary
Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Curriculum Leader of Science to join the Science Department, to start from 27th August 2026.
We’re seeking an inspiring Curriculum Leader of Science to drive exceptional teaching, shape a dynamic curriculum, and lead our science team to deliver outstanding outcomes for all learners. If you’re passionate about raising standards and developing innovative learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full time, permanent role, paid on the Outer London STPC Main Teacher Pay Range, dependant on experience, with a TLR1C £12,520.
The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5,000 which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service.
