About this Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Co-ordination and leadership of one of the three main programmes of study (foundation science, combined science, single science) and subject knowledge leadership of one of the three science disciplines, preferably Biology.
As a leader in the Science department, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Use a range of strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team of educators
Support students in building the confidence and problem-solving skills they need for success beyond school
