Curriculum Team Leader for Science / Pegasus Academy job summary

Pegasus Academy are seeking a dynamic Curriculum Team Leader to raise aspirations, embed ambition, and drive continuous improvement across our Academy. This role involves championing your curriculum area within the Trust and beyond, ensuring exceptional provision and outcomes for all learners. You will effectively lead and support a team of dedicated staff, fostering a culture of excellence. Your leadership will ensure high standards are established and sustained, enabling all student groups to achieve good and outstanding progress across the board.
