Data & Exams Processor
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year plus 5 training days
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Lea Manor High School, Luton
Closing Date: Monday 21st October 2024 at midday.
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Data & Exams Processor. The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative and clerical duties that supports the provision of high quality administrative services to the school.
Main Duties include: (please see attached JD for full range of responsibilities):
- Maintain data using computerised systems (SIMS) as appropriate. This includes; maintaining pupil data, records, pupil and teacher timetables, and admissions records as appropriate, producing pupil profiles, options, reports and assessment.
- Undertake tasks that support Assessment, Recording and Reporting and the management of data, using the SIMS Assessment Manager and Exams Organiser package, providing data to the leadership team, subject leaders and teachers, offering training and guidance to colleagues.
- Using the SIMS package to produce timetables for pupils, staff, and new admissions and ensure that room changes are updated. Produce monitor sheets for all year groups.
