We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Manager to join our secondary academy. This is a key role supporting teaching, learning, and leadership through the effective management and analysis of student data. You will oversee our MIS, ensure high quality assessment, examination and student data, and produce clear reports that help drive school improvement. The role also includes managing statutory returns and supporting staff with data systems and processes. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ideally some experience working with school data systems (such as SIMS, ARBOR or Bromcom). Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present data clearly to different audiences are also desirable for this role. If you are organised, accurate and passionate about using data to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
