Data Manager (Maternity Cover) job summary
Thank you for your interest in the post of Data Manager at Redland Green School. This is a contract to cover the maternity leave of the current post holder.
The data manager role is essential to the smooth running of the school. You will need to be technically skilled in being able to use software to generate and analyse data, specifically SIMS, SISRA, Google and Microsoft Suites. A close eye for detail is essential, particularly when preparing census information about the school which ultimately determines how much funding we receive. Additionally you must have the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines and be highly organised in your prioritisation of workload.
Within this role you will work with a full range of employees at school; senior leaders, curriculum leaders, subject teachers and other administration support staff. We are therefore looking for someone who is able to clearly explain what they might need from any other these groups and be proactive to ensure that deadlines are met. As part of this role you would also be managing a small data team who would work under your leadership to ensure that tasks are completed.
