What skills and experience we're looking for
The applicant will need to have previous experience within the Data Officer role and have worked within a school environment before.
The successful candidate will need to have the ability to provide reports to the Leadership Team and Teaching Staff. Tasks will include data entry, analysis of data, producing termly performance overviews and also support the SLT in data analysis as required. Completing the school census on a termly basis will also be part of the job role along with general admin tasks in the school office such as answering the phone and liaising with parents.
You will be responsible for the inputting of sensitive data and managing safeguarding/ SEND paperwork, this includes providing reports using CPOMs.
Knowledge of school systems e.g. SIMS etc are a necessity and experience of maintaining a website would be advantageous.
