Database and Admissions Administrator job summary

Are you highly organised, passionate about data accuracy, and looking to play a key role in supporting students’ journeys at a thriving all-through school? Simon Balle All-Through School is seeking a dedicated Database and Admissions Administrator to join our busy administration team.

You’ll manage all aspects of pupil admissions, leavers, and in-year allocations, as well as maintain and update our Arbor management information system. You’ll produce and maintain class memberships, ensure accurate pupil records, and support Heads of Year and Departments with ongoing administrative needs. The role also involves completing statutory returns, including Primary Assessment Gateway (for example).
