What skills and experience we're looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to prepare, cook and serve meals to deadlines.
  • Team supervision, under the direction of the Catering Manager and in their absence.
  • Knowledge of health & safety requirements and experience of completing routine checks to ensure a high standard of food hygiene.
  • Ordering of provisions and contributing to menu development and knowledge of school food standards.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.
