Deputy CEO job summary

The role of Deputy CEO has been created to reflect the critical importance of sustaining strength across our academies and traded services offer, at the same time as expanding our reach.  As well as being an important member of the Trust Leadership Team, deputising for the Chief Executive Officer, the role requires someone who is able to utilise their meticulous management skills to innovate further. 

The successful candidate will be a highly credible school leader, with a supportive and candid approach to working with our leadership teams, delivering alongside and being highly visible to them.  It is essential that candidates are aligned with our commitment to alternative provision, up to date with educational research and current policy: candidates will need to demonstrate an excellent awareness of exceptional teaching.  

Of equal importance will be your ethical and inclusive leadership qualities, alongside an ability to challenge and inspire our Raedwald community with kindness, and an unerring commitment to the development of everyone.
