What skills and experience we're looking for
- The role of Deputy Curriculum Leader - English & Literacy requires you to contribute to the effective leadership of the curriculum area, monitoring of standards of performance and teaching and learning; and to develop and enhance the teaching practice of others.
- Applicants must possess a suitable degree and UK recognised teaching qualification (i.e. QTS, PGCE)
- Experience and demonstrable success within English
- Strong leadership, management and sound administrative skills
- Ability to enthuse and effectively communicate your subject to students both written and orally
