We are looking to appoint a passionate and ambitious individual who is driven by a desire to affect social change and give our pupils, staff and communities the skills and knowledge to succeed.
The academies you will be leading are part of Djanogly Learning Trust. This is a new role building on our primary growth and we are looking to appoint a Deputy Director of Education who will embrace being part of a group of schools – being prepared to both take and implement the best ideas from others, whilst also sharing and celebrating the best bits of existing practice. Djanogly children are Djanogly children whichever of our schools they attend, and you will have a responsibility for wanting the best for all of them.
Are you passionate about leading Headteachers who are working in academies serving areas of high deprivation?

Are you an experienced Headteacher with a proven track record of strong outcomes and provision that allows children to excel, who wants to take the next step to work across a Trust with multiple schools across different locations and communities?
