What skills and experience we're looking for
Following the appointment of our current Deputy and SENCO to the post of Executive Headteacher we are now able to offer this exciting opportunity for a leader to join our staff team. This post would be suitable for an experienced teacher with leadership responsibilities or a current leader looking to work in a forward thinking and supportive federation and Trust.

We are looking for someone who –
- has experience of leadership
- is willing to train as a SENCO or already holds the SENCO qualification
- has a commitment to promoting high standards and helping children to be the best that they can be
- is able to fully embrace the role of SENCO as part of this post
- has the potential to be a consistently good/outstanding role model in all aspects of school life
- has excellent behaviour and relationship management skills
- is able to prioritise their workload and school day effectively
- has the ability to communicate with the whole school community in a variety of situations
- has a sense of fun!
What the school offers its staff
Whilst this is a largely non-teaching post with no direct class responsibility there will be an expectation to provide cover for lessons or classes from time to time.
