Your role:
You will play a pivotal role in leading Science, working closely with the Head of Department to deliver an ambitious, well-sequenced curriculum that drives excellent outcomes for all students. Alongside teaching, you will develop colleagues through coaching and CPD, lead on quality assurance, and use data intelligently to raise achievement and refine practice.
You are an ambitious and skilled classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge and a track record of securing positive outcomes. You bring experience of curriculum development, quality assurance or supporting colleagues, alongside the ability to analyse data, prioritise effectively and communicate with clarity and impact.
Your confidence in the classroom and curiosity for improvement will help you champion high-quality teaching, while your compassion and courtesy will build strong relationships across the department. With strong subject knowledge and experience of curriculum development, you will inspire both students and staff, bringing commitment and courage to continuous improvement.
