Deputy Head of School - Quality of Education job summary

Sirius Academy West are seeking to recruit a Deputy Head of School responsible for the Quality of Education, to join our team at Sirius Academy West for January 2026, or sooner by mutual agreement. We are looking for a strategic and inspirational leader with a proven track record in working with others to lead on successful school improvement and drive high standards.
Salary: Leadership Pay Scale L18 £75,675 - L22 £83,464
The successful candidate will be play an integral role within the senior leadership team and be responsible for leading teaching and learning throughout the school. You will play a central role in supporting the Head of School, to ensure the highest possible quality of education is delivered, ensuring standards are met across all year groups. The ideal candidate will have the passion and vision to build on our many strengths, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence within our vibrant school community.
