We are looking for a Deputy Head Teacher

Key responsibilities:

Support the Headteacher in delivering the school’s vision, values, and strategic priorities. Contribute to the development and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. Lead on specific whole-school initiatives Drive high standards of teaching and learning across the school. Monitor and evaluate classroom practice, providing coaching and professional development. Promote a positive, inclusive culture that supports pupil wellbeing and achievement. Line-manage middle leaders and other staff, conducting performance reviews and supporting career development. Build strong relationships with parents, ambassadors, and the wider community. Promote the school’s reputation and achievements.

Pay range: Leadership Pay Scale -Fringe L18 up to L22 £80134 - £88237


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - recognised teaching certification.
  • Proven leadership experience - ideally as an Assistant Head, Phase Leader, or equivalent.
  • Strong academic background - degree-level education with evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Safeguarding and child protection training - up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements.
