Deputy Head Teacher L3 - L7 job summary
The children, staff and Governing Body at Hayfield Primary School are looking for a dynamic Deputy Head teacher to enhance our school and help us to guarantee a positive childhood for our wonderful pupils. Collectively, we are seeking an inspirational, caring and supportive leader with a passion for education and development of the whole child.
The successful candidate will be:
Fully committed to keeping our children safe and work with us to maintain a culture in our school that is proactive in safeguarding issues.
An exemplary classroom practitioner, capable of demonstrating a range of learning styles and with experience of either/both Key stage(s). (This role potentially has a teaching commitment in upper key stage 2).
Able to work in partnership with the Headteacher, leading and communicating effectively with children, parents and staff.
Have a proven track record of commitment and injecting the curriculum and curriculum leadership with their personality. We are seeking a creative soul with a sense of humour!
Capable of all aspects of school management and passionate about overall improvement, with a willingness to share their expertise and learn.
Have the ability to work honestly, collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues, adding a fresh dimension to a talented team.
Be able to take the lead on assessment and data analysis in order to contribute further to strategic planning.
