  • An experienced middle/senior leader who has a previous track record of leading and motivating staff.
  • Has an excellent understanding of teaching, learning and assessment and can use this knowledge to lead ongoing curriculum development.
  • Has high expectations and aspirations for all children’s achievement and behaviour.
  • Has a clear commitment to whole school improvement with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to engage the wider community.
  • Is committed to promoting an Inclusive learning environment where every child knows that they will be heard.

  • Someone who is passionate about their personal growth and development and that of the pupils in our school.

Willow Tree Primary School is a large, two form entry primary with a 39 place nursery. Situated close to Islip Manor Park in the heart of Northolt, we benefit from good transport links.

We seek to appoint an excellent ECT to inspire learners in our school. We welcome applications from ECTs with a passion to work within our EYFS.
