- An experienced middle/senior leader who has a previous track record of leading and motivating staff.
- Has an excellent understanding of teaching, learning and assessment and can use this knowledge to lead ongoing curriculum development.
- Has high expectations and aspirations for all children’s achievement and behaviour.
- Has a clear commitment to whole school improvement with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to engage the wider community.
- Is committed to promoting an Inclusive learning environment where every child knows that they will be heard.
- Someone who is passionate about their personal growth and development and that of the pupils in our school.
